Hi,
My team purchased a floating license recently. The first installation worked fine. When we try to install VTune on another host, it doesn't accept the license. And I confirm no one is using the product at the moment. Tried to use serial number, license file, or license server, all don't work.
- When use serial number, it says: License cannot be verified: license server is not responding.
- When use license file, it says: The license file(s) you provided is not valid for this product.
- When use license server, it says: The license server you provided does not have a valid license for this product.
(Note: port@host for license server is retrieved from output of lmstat, and lmstat shows: license server UP (MASTER) v11.15.0)
